• Returns are accepted on all full-price Shoes within 14 days of delivery.
• Shoes must be un-worn.

Avoid Moisture: Keep shoes away from rain, puddles, and damp environments. Water can stain or distort satin and weaken lace fibers.

Handle with Clean Hands: Oils and dirt from skin can easily transfer onto delicate fabrics.

Limit Friction: Satin and lace can snag or scuff easily. Avoid contact with rough surfaces and sharp objects.

Surface Dirt: Use a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dust after each wear.

Stains: Dab (don’t rub) gently with a clean, white cloth slightly dampened with cool water. For persistent stains, consult a professional cleaner who specializes in delicate fabrics.

Lace Detailing: Clean lace areas with a soft makeup brush to remove dust without snagging.

Keep Shape: Stuff shoes with acid-free tissue paper to maintain shape.

Protect Fabric: Store in a dust bag or original box, away from direct sunlight and humidity, to prevent fading or mildew.

Avoid Pressure: Do not stack anything on top of satin or lace shoes to prevent crushing or distortion.

Indoor or Special Occasion Wear Only: These shoes are best suited for indoor or special event wear to minimize exposure to damaging elements.

If the shoes have satin-wrapped heels, consider adding heel protectors when walking on uneven surfaces.
